“I originally reached out to Justin King to help me with my injuries I was dealing with. What I was doing before was just putting a band aid over the problem and not fixing the root issues, which was lifting for 2 decades and neglecting certain areas over time. I liked how Justin and his team did an assessment on me to see where I was lacking from a structural balance stand point. I knew the program would be individualized and tailored to my needs. We did a 12 week program, which was split into 4 week blocks. The first being a structural balance emphasis on my weak areas. This allowed me to regain the ability to press and squat again. Before I was unable to lift my right arm over my head due to shoulder pain and unable to squat or perform any exercise with knee flexion due to pain in my right VMO. From there we gradually introduced exercises that I was unable to do previously. This allowed me to regain strength pain free and put on quality tissues over the next 8 weeks. The difference in 12 weeks. I was 270 pounds when we started and considerably leaner at 276 pounds on the right with no mobility restrictions.”
